Neal Dikeman, partner at Jane Capital Partners, founder of CleanTech.org and chairman of Carbonflow will lead discussions with an all-star panel of carbon leaders.

• Josh Margolis – CantorCO2e, Chief Executive Office. CantorCO2e is the world’s oldest carbon trading company and is a leading provider of financial services to the environmental and energy markets worldwide. CantorCO2e offers finance, advice, technology and transaction services to clients managing emissions across the world. Before becoming CEO of CantorCO2e, Josh was Managing Director of US environmental credit trading and consulting operations at Cantor Fitzgerald Brokerage. As CEO, Josh oversees the management of North American emissions and renewable energy markets.
• Marc Stuart – EcoSecurities, Co-Founder. Founded as a start-up in 1997, EcoSecurities is now a leading global developer of greenhouse gas reduction projects. EcoSecurities was publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange until it was purchased by JP Morgan in 2009 for $204 million. One of the two original co-founders, Marc is currently Director of New Business Development and also heads up the firm’s Government and Regulatory Affairs Group. Marc also sits on the Board of the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA). Outside the compliance carbon market, he is on the Board of the Voluntary Carbon Standard Association. He was one of the founders of the US based Coalition for Emission Reduction Projects (USCERP) and sits on the Advisory Boards of REEX Capital Asia (formerly the Singapore Renewable Energy Exchange) and Ecosystem marketplace.com. Marc is currently serving a two year term as one of two private sector observers to the World Bank’s $5B Clean Technology Fund. In January of 2009, he was named one of 30 “Green Heroes” by CNBC European Business magazine.
• Miguel Rescalvo – Det Norske Veritas, Director for Climate Change Services North America. Created in 1864 to inspect and evaluate the technical condition of Norwegian merchant vessels, DNV was the first company authorized by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change to provide accreditation of Certified Emissions Reductions from Clean Development Mechanism projects under the Kyoto Protocol. DNV today provides risk management services and is the world’s largest carbon auditor. Miguel Rescalvo heads DNV’s climate change services practice in North America.
