Providing Clean Energy systems to Europe

Greenhouse gas emissions are increasing at a very rapid pace and the global climate will suffer if immediate action is not taken. Bringing Carbon, Capture, and Storage (CCS) to a commercially viable level is necessary in order for Europe to comply with 2020 Kyoto protocol targets set to reduce these emissions.

It is just as important now for financial providers to invest in CCS technology as it is for them to think about long term Renewable Energy production. As there is no denying that fossil fuels have a large part to play in the coming years this need for the advancement of CCS technology is very real. Legislation must be put in place and incentives must be made in order to allow for the proper deployment of CCS in the short time frame available.

Our event will build on EastEuro Link’s success in the Energy and Renewable Energy markets and will bring together the most relevant industry professionals who will discuss and consider the preparation which must be made in order to implement CCS technology into the market in the very near future!
