The German American Chamber of Commerce Inc., Office for the Western United States (GACC), will hold its 7th Germany California Solar Day at the Institute of the Environment of the University of California, Los Angeles on Tuesday, September 27th, 2011.
This year marks the seventh installment of a successful bilateral platform for U.S. and German experts to exchange the latest knowledge, thoughts and trends in the solar industry with the goal of fostering successful German-American business partnerships. After six years in San Francisco, the Germany California Solar Day will take place in Southern California for the first time.
Highlights of the day will include two panel discussions on “Balance of Systems & Permitting – latest Achievements, Challenge & Opportunities” and “Utility Solar Scale Solar Projects – Experiences, Best Practices, Emerging Business Models and Outlook”. In the afternoon, the German companies will also have a chance to present their products and services to the audience followed by B2B Meetings and a networking reception, providing a great opportunity to meet potential partners for transatlantic business opportunities.
